If you’ve been in business a while you’ll recognize the same patterns and pitfalls that happen almost cyclically. It’s reassuring to know there may be resolutions to some classic situations and dilemmas. If you haven’t been in business very long, then you’ll be able to be ready if you do come across these. I bought a few of these books individually over the years, not aware that there was a HBR Classics boxed set. It captures the very best ‘lessons’ from the biggest thinkers in business over many decades. The classics never go out of date and they tackle the same problems that any business can find themselves in, at any stage of their evolution. The one I chose as a cover is a great title.
